Adult Sea Fishing
As part of ‘Project Seawild’ funded locally by ‘The Foreshore Trust’ we are pleased to offer free adult fishing groups on Hastings Seafront.
The groups will be led by primitive living expert and angling instructor Michael Wachter.
We aim to use sea fishing as a way of improving health and wellbeing for local residents.
Sea Fishing in a relaxed and friendly environment. Connecting with our coastal landscapes which we're so lucky to have here in Hastings.
GPs, nurses, and other health care professionals can now prescribe angling instead of antidepressants in many parts of the UK.
It is becoming more widely recognised that the time with nature, quiet reflection, meeting new people and learning a new skill can help people battling anything from addiction to anxiety.
